What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email, phone and message – only to answer you and follow up on property. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

Storage and sharing

Your data is kept no longer than necessary. It is shared only with the broker or partner (notary/lawyer) who needs it to help you, and never for third-party marketing.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Property images are loaded from our image service, and YouTube videos load only when you click them (youtube-nocookie.com). An anonymous counter pixel records that the page was opened.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us by email. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
